The project presented was on" Developing simple Water Treatment Procedure for Home Use". The project which was mentored by a professor and member Nigeria Academy of Science had more than forty students and staff participants.

The presentation from the school captured the attention of the screening panel to the extent that the project presented by the school was the only one published in the June 2013 edition of SEEDLINK. the school was also selected to participate in November 2013 exhibition of project prototypes taking place in Lagos.
